We build our large medicine bags out of Hermann Oak harness leather to last several seasons. We designed them to hold two 500cc medicine bottles and one 250cc medicine bottle with a needle holder on the flap and a slide for a 60cc syringe, all on the near side. The off-side features a standard saddlebag gusseted pocket measuring 11" wide x 9" deep.
