This bit features long center ball shanks with a 299 mouthpiece with a fake roller. Center ball shanks promote more independent movement on each side of the bit without rotating the entire mouthpiece. The 299 with a fake roller is a stiff, direct bit designed to provide consistent control while the fixed roller adds mouth contact and encourages engagement and salivation.
